OWN: Favorite Hobby?
CHAPPELL: One of my favorite hobbies to do when I am not working so much is to write poetry or songs.
OWN: Business pet peeve?
CHAPPELL: Always treat everyone with respect and kindness no matter what level of experience or job title someone holds. Never use your authority to belittle or shame someone else.
OWN: Guilty Pleasure?
CHAPPELL: I love going to get my feet and hands done every month. That massage chair is heaven on Earth.
OWN: One thing you would like people to know about you?
CHAPPELL: I am not much on tooting my own horn. I like to just do what I was blessed to be able to do and that’s helping people.
OWN: Favorite way to stay in shape?
CHAPPELL: I have a workout class that some of my co-workers, friends and I do every Monday-Friday at 7:15am at Hopkins Park. It’s a 20-30 minute workout.
OWN: What is your favorite thing about Osceola County?
CHAPPELL: My favorite thing about Osceola County is the understanding that times have change and so many people in this county are willing to except that and make changes where they are necessary.
OWN: A cause you are most passionate about?
CHAPPELL: I am very passionate about helping children understand the importance of a good education
