Migdalia Perez
Migdalia Perez is a bilingual criminal defense attorney with Perez LaSure Law in Kissimmee, specializing in homicides, drug crimes, violent crimes, and weapons crimes.
Ms. Perez began her law journey by earning her Juris Doctorate from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. She began her career at the State Attorney’s Office in Miami-Dade County, then gained ample legal experience at the Public Defender’s Office of the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. In 2014, she partnered with Kimberly LaSure to start the Perez LaSure Law Firm.
Ms. Perez is a member of the Osceola County Bar Association (serving as an At Large Director), the Central Florida Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and is involved with Osceola County Teen Court. She was recently named a “Top 100 Criminal Defense Lawyer” by the National Trial Lawyers.
Ms. Perez prides herself on being compassionate in the office and aggressive in the courtroom.
Kimberly LaSure-Robillard
Kimberly LaSure is a criminal defense attorney at Perez LaSure Law and a lifelong resident of Osceola County. Her areas of specialty include defense of all types of theft crimes, driving offenses, sex crimes, violent crimes, and drug crimes.
Ms. LaSure received her B.A. and M.Ed. From the University of Central Florida. She also earned her Juris Doctorate from the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. Before partnering with Migdalia Perez in 2014, she gained the bulk of her experience and passion for criminal defense at the Office of the Public Defender, 9th Circuit, where she worked on some of the most serious cases, including first-degree murder.
Ms. LaSure is a member of the Osceola County Bar Association, the Central Florida Criminal Defense Lawyers (CFCDL), the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. She was recently named by the National Trial Lawyers as a “Top 100 Criminal Defense Lawyer”.
A practiced trial attorney, Ms. LaSure is known in the industry for being aggressive, tough, and willing to go head-to-head with any prosecutor. These attributes enable her to successfully represent many clients in need of legal assistance.

Jennifer Bondy

Jennifer Bondy is a partner at Overstreet, Miles, Cumbie, Finkenbinder & Bondy, P.A. She earned her Juris Doctorate in 2013 from Stetson University College of Law and has focused the last six years of her career on the practice of residential and commercial real estate transactions, probate, and estate planning.
Mrs. Bondy puts her knowledge and experience to use representing her clients. “Often, clients come into my office intimidated by the paperwork in front of them. My goal with every client is to give them the knowledge to move forward with their legal matter with confidence,” she says.

In part, her success can be attributed to her dedication to community involvement. Mrs. Bondy currently serves as the Vice Chair of Legal Affairs for the Kissimmee/Osceola Chamber of Commerce and the 2019 Chairwoman of the Board for Community Vision. She is an active Rotarian at the Rotary Club of Kissimmee, a recipient of the Young Professionals of Osceola County’s 2018 Tomorrow’s Leaders Today award, and a 2017 graduate of Leadership Osceola.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Mrs. Bondy is a wife and proud mother to her one-year-old son.
