Swiss & Bacon Dip- from the kitchen of Wilma Overstreet Fletcher

Wilma Overstreet Fletcher has passed this recipe on throughout the years. Her granddaughter, Jodie Overstreet Kidd, now uses the same recipe when entertaining family and friends.

 

Ingredients:
~8 slice s bacon, cooked and chopped
~8 oz. cream cheese, softened
~1/2 cup mayo ~2 tsp Dijon mustard
~1 1/2 C shredde d Swiss ~3 scallions, sliced
How to Make it – Combine all ingredients, bake at
400 de grees for 15 min or until slightly browned and
bubbly.
